Shocking service received for work done by Living Spaces to two bathrooms in our house as follows:
a. Pricing higher than normal market related pricing.
b. The work is not complete and some expensive items have not been supplied by Living Spaces.
c. The quality of finishes is not what could be expected given the high standards expected by the prices
received.
d. There are items of remedial work to be done which will prevent homeowner from being able to use the bathroom for a significant time period
This company trades under many different names and other people have fallen prey to this Company. We have taken this to a Quantity Surveyor who is in agreement with our findings.
