Lease singed with them

I singed a lease with the above mentioned company and our aggrement was that we connot break the lease within the first year and of which we dint, after the first year then we can just serve a notice of a month and of which we did and we can pay a panality fees of 350 and of which we have aggreed to. now that we moving and we have served our notice a few days before we leave we were told we have to pay rent of 3650 of which it was not our initial agrement can some one please assist me
