I've Been with these unprofessional incompetent people for the past 2 years. Problems never get fixed, issues never get resolved. I've had two 2 problems within this property in the past 2years. First was the geyser started leaking after 2 weeks of calls and being ignored and not receiving any feedback I got the number for the owner from my neighbor and called him. He had the geyser replaced 24hours later. Like Gold did nothing.
Now the ceiling started leaking damp through turning the ceiling black brown the wall started cracking and also turned brown. I called Rocco he said he'll come by to see 2weeks passed called him again he said he'll come around that day gave me a time (13:00) showed up at 16:00. Took pictures and said he'll send them to the owner and see what can be done 3weeks passed when I called the owner and he hasn't heard a word from Like Gold or Rocco in the past year...? Received a e-mail from Like Gold that same day "claiming" that the Body Corp has approved repairs it's been 2months with no feedback or resolution. Like Gold Property Consultants are unprofessional and you should think twice before dealing with them or there agents.
