CSI Rentals is may rental agent - they do not follow their own contract and don't do inspections as per their contract. If they do do inspections it is half baked and do not report defects. They don't take any responsibility for their bad service - and when I tried to get things resolved wit/h them Coenraad cancelled my rental agreement because he thinks in order to cancel a contract will remove his accountability towards his bad service
All I an Say is -stay away - they are incompetent and have no idea how to be proper rental agents. They are arrogant and threat their customers like dirt. STAY AWAY!!!
