BT games stopped renting out games without notifying me. We have a contract to rent a game for as long as you wish at R100 per month. The debit for the rentals however keep being deducted. I went in today, being the start of the school holidays, to go get my son a game. To my surprise there is no more rentals available, i have not been notified and im still being charged. All rental games have been sold. I have been told that we are the only game rental clients to this store. How could this be fair and just? In store there is no one to answer my complaint! How can i be charged for something that is being 'stopped' without notifying me or canceling the debit order?
