I tried to report a complaint against one of the tenants in my complex after hours to the estate manager (Keith Loser) only to find that the he's unavailable on the listed contacted number and furthermore the email address provided by them returned a "failed delivery" message (This is a permanent error. The following address failed:
: 550 No Such User Here") after I tried sending through a report via email. I'm not at all surprised as its taken close to a year for them to attend to an issue which resulted in a bodily injury after they failed to attend to a complaint I made in 2011 already. I've since asked them to fix the ceiling and remove the excessive excrement caused by bats which have literally taken over my unit since 2011 and till today nothing has been done about the hole in my ceiling nor have the bats and their excrement been removed. After I send them lawyers letters, they got "roof rats" to smoke the bats out as apparently bats are an endangered specie and cannot be touched in South Africa, they didn't bother to remove the excrement on my ceiIing and needless to say the bats are back nesting in my unit and I have to just live with it.
