My neighbour has approx 5 cats, a dog and an african grey.

The parrot is left outside, 50 centimeters from my patio, repeating everything my wife, daughter and i say, throughout the day. It screams and cries like all the kids around the unit, repeatedly. The noise has been unbearable the entire year. My 2 year old daughter cannot sleep until the parrot shtus up, which is sometimes at 11pm. We are woken up at 4:30am by the noise. every single day.
Several residents have complained; each being told a different story by Whitfields but nothing done to resolve the problems. This is still going on. We have provided photogrpahic evidence many times but this has made no difference.
In July, a petition was signed by more than 5 residents to get rid of the pets. Whitfields have still not gotten rid of the pets.
Their excuse was that the owner of the unit is evicting the tenant. every month, there is a new excuse.
The problem still exists.
Whitfields lack of service and empty promises has made our living environment a nightmare. I would like to sue Whitfields for enough money for me to re-locate. Why the am i paying a levi???
