Terrible workmanship / service

I was happy to receive their quote with reasonable pricing until they hit us with all the extras and fees conveniently once they started working.
Their workmanship was also mediocre at best with kitchen cupboards not fitting properly. Obviously they measured incorrectly. To top it off the granite tops had bad joins.
Yugen the owner shrugged off all the attempts to make things right.
I'm honestly disgusted in their behaviour and subsequently been informed that this isn't the first time their work has been totally shady
