It seems that M & T received a few complaints regarding their win a home competition. Millions of people paid R 1.50 per SMS and entered several times I . At the end of the competition they required spam information so that they can spam potential clients. If you did not supply this information, you were not entered in the final draw as per their previous response to me. But yet they took the money from all the entries and in return they caught millions of of people who actually entered and paid. With this process they received a substantial amount in revenue with their main purpose to spam people. To me it is plain and. They did not even respond to my last request. Also if I look at the amount of complaints received by M & T and their weak responses, I would think twice dealing with them. The consumer board should actually look into this competition and take action so M & T do not take the public for a ride like this in future.
