Bay Breeze Trading 215 CC trading as "Clockwise Properties" negotiated a 6 month lease for me in March 2013 and took their full commission upfront. - 2 months later in May 2013 they received the rental from my tenant and are still to pay it over to me. Both the listed members Eleanor Jacobs and Craig Farah evade and avoid answering any questions. It appears that they have de-registered their CC and are now trading as SPECPROP, notwithstanding the fact that there is another Company in Sandton who have registered that name. Do not be fooled - they are not part of the Sandton Company and I strongly urge anyone thinking of doing business with them to think again. They can not be trusted. I invite anyone with similar experience of them to join me and institute a criminal case against them.
