The above mentioned tenant has defaulted on rental payments and has resulted in an arrear balance off around R40000.00 on rental, they have signed a commercial lease agreement for the unit and has failed to pay rental from the start of the agreement.
Please do not rent out any units to the above company as they have a terrible credit rating and payment behavior is less than desirable,
We offered them a payment plan which they have refused.
They continue to avoid contact and have dropped calls repeatedly.
