Clockwise Properties is operating under another name due to many unethical situations as you can read below. Now operating as SPECPROP, I phoned Mrs Farah (whom I've known for many years, her kids, Craig and Eleanor were at school with me) to show me a house listed on Property Week for R1850 000.00. After viewing I was informed that the buyer would accept R1870 000.00. After querying, Mrs Farah advised me that the listed price was a misprint and that it had been on the market for just under R2 mil. I believed her and signed the offer. I later found out this was a lie, and that they just wanted more commission. My attorney rectified the price and in the end, Mrs Farah still got R45 000.00 commission for her manipulating, dishonest and unethical behaviour. WHAT A BARGAIN.
