I received a late notice payment from helene osbourne of elite properties stating that i should vacate her premises since i had not paid by the 7th of august. I immediately made a payment emailed a proof of payment then double checked with helene if the notice still stands. Helene, casually, as usual replied with a " no"
Having dealt with her before, and knowing how always forgetful she is, and how she lacks a sense of urgency Ii decided to proactively act as the notice stated& plan to vacate the premises. Again, being the absent minded agent that she is Helene had not made proper arrangements for a replacement.
I am having to withdraw all other arrangements i had made. Payments i had made to furniture removals etc. deposit that i had paid and penalties, all because of elite property.
The notice sent to me was totally different to the contract and the wording on the invoice. When it suits them they pick the contract which applies and use it to worm their way out of a mess.
Mind you helene is sitting with a query i had logged a month ago that she is still to action!
I want out of that property, with my deposit, i have no business being inconvenienced because of this rubbish
