Great Disappointment and unprofessionalism

This is just the straw that broke the camel's back.

The apartment we rented at that stage was sold without notifying us and we were only given notice to vacate the property at the end of 11/2013 which we did.

I had to contact the company to do an exiting inspection in the week before the move because i had not yet been contacted. When it was not possible for me to take leave from work on the only day that was made available by them I received a condescending email stating that they "accept my choice not to accommodate them".

According to the rental agreement the deposit had to be returned within 30 days. I had not received any notice of required maintenance from either the new owner or JRL during this period or even as I type this.

After waiting 6 weeks I had to contact JRL again to find out about the status of the Deposit. They responded with "it will be processed as soon as we are ready". After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was requested to send my electricity bill to them. JRL required me to use a third party Service Provider and therefor have no business requesting private accounts not tied to the property.

I grow tired of these stalling tactics. Just repay my Deposit
