Not getting my deposit back

I have moved out of my apartment and it has been more than 19 days now. They have send me a proof of payment on the 13/08/2013. but still nothing is showing in my account. Is the proof of payment a fake or what. I just phone my bank and there is nothing showing that the money was transferred. to my account.
