Bad service at Aldona

For the past three weeks we've been showering with cold water even though we wake up as early as 5 am in the morning. We've complained about it but nothing has been done. This morning i went to the bathroom every hour since 5 am to check if the water is hot and it only started getting warm around 9 am. They are quick to call us when we're late on payments and yet they fail to deliver on service. And they have one geyser for 3 floors of people and there's twelve people on each floor.
