I came to Hello Peter as a last resort, but NOT to my surprise there is numerous complaints against Staus Mark and more specifically Caren. They are unprofessional and ignore their clients.
I have been renting from the since January 2012 and I want to warn every single person out there about the unprofessional behaviour, I have been ignored for more than a month (since April). I gave notice and asked a few questions / general equerries and complained about my car getting vandalised, the person working for the complex made me pay for the remote and basically me for exrtra money. I have tried to arrange the inspection before moving out and got ignored once more. I have complained about the intercom system at our gate that is still not working and it obvious fell on a deaf ear. It is still out of order. Complaints handed in on the 27th of April & the 2nd of May, this included a complaint about the trash piling up and smelling in foyer.
No responce. I am worried about actually getting my deposit back, after seeing all the complaints here. I am disgusted with the way I am treated by Caren & Status Mark and warn everyone with sincerity that it will not be a pleasant stay.
