I gave notice to vacate my apartment and I had to follow up several times with the office to ensure they received my notice. Following that, they failed to communicate the process involved in returning my deposit. When I inquired about the return of my deposit they couldn't give me a concrete time frame. I have heard many other complaints about the agency and I think it's utterly shameful that they are still allowed to do business.
