We are busy relocating from Nigeria to South Africa and wanted to view some properties advertised by Martin Visser (Engel and Volkers). I phoned him on Monday evening at 19h35 to make arrangements to view some properties in Hout Bay, as soon as he answered the phone he was irritated and rudely told me to send him an email as he was at dinner, didn't ask who I was or even took my phone number, just hung up. I phoned him again the following day and I was treated exactly the same, with no response, he told me again that he was busy and I should email him. After explaining that I was only in South Africa for 2 more days he said he'd phone me back within an hour. Today isThursday and I'm still waiting for that call. If I should not call you, why do you bother advertising properties with your mobile number? If you're not interested in doing business you should not be in the line of work you are now. Engel and Volkers, I will make sure my money will be spent somewhere else.
