I am writing this report for the second time, the initial complaint wasn't responded too, for almost two months now. I was a tenant and vision property being managing agent of the unit I was renting in Midrand. For two years, my family and I lived in a unit that had safety hazards (hygiene and security related). This was due to damages we found there upon moving in. To my surprise, we were told that an amount from our deposit would be used towards these repairs long after we moved out.
