Timothy Miller is a person who clones adverts found on websites like Junkmail, OLX etc. and drastically reduces the price of the actual property on the advertisement he places. Furthermore he requests a deposit BEFORE viewing the property. A time is set to meet the prospective clients at the property and of course he never shows up. Once the money is paid (and believe it or not, some people pay before viewing the property) he disappears from the face of the earth. He normally places the call on hold if becomes suspicious of the caller, and his phone will be off for several hours.
Unfortunately the first person who called me to complain about money being lost and him not pitching for the viewing, did not want to send the bank details she paid the money into. If this happens to you, report the incident immediately to the police with all possible information you have about him. Websites can furnish the IP address of the computer, the time the ad was placed, telephone numbers etc. to the police or any law enforcement agency who requests it.
Be careful of this person. Report him to the police whenever you encounter him.
