I was looking for a property to rent around Centurion and I spoke to an agent called Fiona from Movein Property management who advised I should make a payment for R350.00 for registration in their account and she will assist me with looking for a place, I was promised the service include securing appointments for me to view the available places. But all I got was a spread sheet of places and contact details with no contact names. Meaning I had to call those numbers myself to secure the appointment for viewing. What me off is that out of all those numbers provided I could only get hold of one person, who did not even manage to let me view the place.
I have been calling Fiona for my refund because the service I paid for was not given to me and all the time she comes up with excuses that her boss is not around, I even spoke to a lady called Dalene who promised as well that her director would call me and thus far no one called me.
All i require from Movein Property is my full refund of R350.00 as i was not given any services as promised.
This showed unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this company as they do not value their customers.
