To whom it may concerned
I've been staying with city properties since 1December 2012 and my stay here has been ridiculously awful, firstly is the water issue where water is unavailable from time to time in the building without any warning just like today (18 Aug) I have to go to work tomorrow and we haven't even been explained to what the issue or if it will be available, secondly I stay on the 2nd floor near the fire escape at 206 Talis place and the are people who smoke Dagga outside my flat window and my whole flat smells of Dagga how am I to feel at home with my fianc? and two year old daughter due to such, thirdly is the issue for dstv the wiring is messed up in the building so my dstv channels have never all played but I'm paying for the whole dstv package and we are not allowed to have our own signal dish, fourthly my account statement is always wrong every month what is the point of me been posted a statement if every month it's wrong last month I was told to pay 5000 for a stove I had nothing to do with. This is really frustrating as i'm desperate to move but I can't because if I do I'm told ill forfeit my deposit of 4450. City prop must know ill be taking matters further.
