Still waiting for call

Over the past two week it has come to my attention that the Dex system operator at 120 end street has not been at work an a temporary replacement has not been appointed.
We have been to your jeppe office to try register finger prints on the system an they say they cannot change any details that were put in buy the 120 operator. My questions are:
How dose the local head office not have access to the 120 dex system?
Who many day of work must I skip in order to complete my registration?
When is the operator of 120 returning to work?..
Now you go an call me an try offering me an apology thinking tht will make every thing ok an saying when can I make it to 120 so I can do the registration as you will have some one there to assist me please.

I'm still waiting to get a call from the managment as I requested from customer care agent.
