My husband and I are looking for a rental in The Edenvale and surroundings areas. My husband has given them our details on numerous occasions. The specifics of what we need etc. We never receive responses. Then today I receive a response from Justin about a Dowerglen property. This I found on a link on property 24. He's email was as such, Hi.when can you view? So I reply a) asking if the property is pet friendly and I then gave him my details if they have anything else. The reply I received was no pets.thanks. now I am sorry, that reply is NOT professional nor is the company helpful at all. I will never contact them again and I shall advise my friends of this incident
