I have always used Zodiac products and when my G4 became uneconomical to repair I purchased a Pacer on recommendation from an in store representative - what a mistake. The pool cleaner just stirs up the dirt on the bottom instead of vacuuming it, does not climb the walls and keeps getting stuck in the corners. Zodiac was full of excuses about suction pressure, hose memories, etc. etc. Eventually I managed to convince them there was a problem with the unit and they sent someone out. Moremi tested the suction pressure and said it was excellent and admitted the Pacer would not work in our pool - he promised feedback and another unit to replace my brand new unsuitable unit. 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to Zodiac - of which they never return a call - and then Moremi goes on leave. This week they promise to send someone else with a demo G2, Norman calls me this morning and makes an appointment for 11h00 but arrives at 09h00 when I am not home. He "modifies" the Pacer and leaves saying everything is in order, I get home and all the Pacer has done is stir all the dirt around and get stuck again. I call customer services and am promised a call back. STILL WAITING!!! Disgusting Service!!
