Not paying full bill

On Friday the 24th of May 2013 I Garth Hollander from PC Specialist went to her to transfer data from a laptop to a Windows 8 Machine and train her on Windows 8. Firstly she asked for a special price as she has just opened her own branch then I find out it is her third. I worked for 3 hours and charged her half my price. Two days later I sms her to find out if everything is ok she replied that everything is fine but she is still struggling with Windows 8. When I sent her a bill on Friday the 31st of May 2013 she sent me an sms saying that she had to reconfigure her computer and was only paying half the bill.By law you have to give a person a chance to sort out the problem you cannot just deduct money. Secondly reconfiguring her PC had nothing to do with what I did on her PC. It then took 3 weeks to get only half my payment from her. First she said wrong bank details and the branch code was incorrect. I gave her the right branch code she still said it was incorrect. I then sent her different bank details and she ignored me for a week and then finally paid half the bill
