Whilst renting an apartment through those agents l had a sewage burst inside the place on 21 March 2013. This only happened after l had notified the guys that there was a potential problem that needed urgent attention however the problem was never resolved and due to this burst l lost 2 imported rags which were all covered in poop; and l also paid people to clean up the place. I then raised the issue with pics and sent all details to Just Letting who advised me to get quotations for the rags so that they could claim from insurance. I did this and sent through the quotes on the 26th of April 2013 and only got a response on 22 May 2013 saying an update would be coming. I have written so much mail that l have now lost track of them to no response whatsoever. It has been more than a month and no one seems bothered to even respond to my emails at all. As a company which is in the business of service provision this is very disappointing, I am now going to instruct my lawyers to take this matter to court on my behalf cause l have just had enough and clearly l do not deserve any of this stress that l am having right now.
