I rented the property from Elmarie Willie properties and although I paid rent every month six months in advance, when I moved out I closed the marks on the wall with the paint left by the owner. Accordingly he was not happy with this and also could not provide me with the me of the colour instructing me to take colour cards to match the wall. After all the e-mails and waiting for R9000 of the R12200 to be paid out to fix 4 marks on the wall -(wich I assume the would have used the deposit money) they got a contractor without my consent to fix this after I specifically said I would fix it. I will not pay a cent for any contractor who charges absorbent fees. Furthermore Madeleine claims she does not know what the costs are and will let me know when it suits her. I will take the matter to the small claims court for every cent used without consent.
