We have moved out of a rented house on the 30th of March 2013. The inspection was done and the agent said that they are very happy and that nothing is wrong. She also sad that she just needed to check with the municipality that we don't have anything outstanding on our account.
I told her that we have a problem with the municipality account at the moment as the account is not correct and we are busy sorting it out.
Our rental contract stated that deposit will be paid out no later than 30 days after the contract ended. On Monday, 29th of April I have mailed Louise to let her know that everything has finally been sorted out with my municipality account and that our account is actually in credit now.
On the 2nd of May - 32 days after our contract ended, I have mailed her again asking to give me feedback on my deposit and when we can expect it.
Today after the second time I phoned I managed to actually speak to Louise. My deposit will now only be paid on Monday, 6 May - 36 days after the contract ended.
We had problems with this agency since we moved in.
