We approached National Home Builders Registration Council ("NHBRC") the second week of January 2013 for assistance. We had an issue with a so called builder by the name of Mr Donald Tlabyane, the director for Hospiquip Projects CC. He claimed to specialise with all aspects related to building, but we found out in the process that he is clueless. Though he is registered with the organisation as a builder.
We were assisted by Prosecutor Tsimane Bosman. We are now not getting any feedback/updates from him. We would do the follow ups all the time until the 14 March 2013. On the day we had initiated the meeting with him and the builder. The meeting did take place but up until today we do not have an action plan going forward or at least be advised accordingly. At the present moment we are in limbo.
On 9 April 2013 we left a message for his manager, the lady by the name of Ms Julia Motapula trying to escalate the matter with her but in vain. When one follows up one is being told that she is in meetings. I followed up with another lady by the name of Thandeka who also confirmed that Julia had been given the message.
Today is the 29 April 2013; we have not heard anything.
