Disgusting service and empty promises

For over a year I have complained to the municipality concerning my water meter that is faulty and I say this due to only my wife and myself stay at the premises and according to the meter we use 68 kilo litres of water a month which is pathetic I then eventually got to see Matumbi I tried to explain the situation and she did not listen I then got her managers number and name Francois Basson I phoned and spoke to him and was promised that he would make sure the meter was replaced and the usage then monitored. he then transferred me to Matumbi and all she was interested in was that she will not cancel the outstanding amount. I said it is fine but please could I pay it off as I do not have the money I was told no problem she will arrange everything guess what nothing has happened and today they sent a man who gave me a disconnection notice and cut the electricity no final notice and absolutely no care in the world for service delivery and when you phone to try and speak to someone guess what as usual no one answers the phone at all no matter which number you dial all I can say is disgusting really
