Today I am telling you that not ALL municipal departments are difficult to get a hold of, are not rendering services, are slow to do what you ask... etc. etc.
I have only experienced the friendliest, speedy and sufficient service always from Mr Alfred Mbavi and Caroline that works in the department that organises the cutting of grass in open fields and municipal areas. I unfortunately do not know her surname but I can tell you that one call to them and this gentleman and lady has on more than one occasion led to them going way beyond the call of duty and means and turn-around times in order to get the grass cut next to our house. I have never ever experienced any sort of disappointment because this guy and gall in essence is our knights in shining armour. They help to keep me and my family safe and secure by making sure that the surrounding area around my house is visible to anyone who pass by in the street.
So a big THANK YOU to Alfred and the ladies working at the Centurion Municipality to keep our grassy areas short and clean. I really hope their Supervisor sees this and knows that he can be very proud of his team and their service!
