A couple of months back we in South Crest area amongst others had a WEEK without power and since then had another FOUR Sundays where the power was cut with little or no notice! A note in the post would have been appreciated as not all of us sit in front of a radio in case something of interest was said pertaining to our living situation. Higher and higher rates are demanded but less service is given. We don't get compensation for services not rendered, we have to pay for them in any case... A week to fix the transformer or whatever was blown is surely enough and I would like reasons for further power cuts like we have had since. If it is upgrading I think there was enough time in the first week to do that. The times chosen to cut the power (Sunday between 20h30 till whenever it's felt like being put back on in the morning) I think is unacceptable. People that I know with babies are put in a very difficult situation without the necessary services that we pay dearly for! I am appalled by the very unsatisfactory municipal services we get and hope that something will be done in the very near future to sort this problem out. What is happening?
