My name is Samuel Bareng Tsagae, i stay in Soweto where my car was on the 3rd of August 2012 and it was recovered in Komatipoort on the 09th of October 2012.I was informed about the recovery and I had to travel to Komatipoort to identify the car.By the time I was ready to drive back home to Jo burg I phoned officer Mabunda to give me the release form for the car and he told me it does not matter because I am the lawful owner of the car and I wont have any problems.
On arriving in Soweto I went to inform the officer who was handling my case at Moroka Police Station (Mokoena) and he told me I was supposed to have come back with the release form because now I am going to encounter problems to clear the car at Laanglaagte Testing Station. He phoned officer Mabunda in my presence to please fax the release forms and Mr Mabunda promised to do so. I went to Moroka Police Station on several occasions to seek help and every time officer Mokoena asked officer Mabunda to fax the release form, he made empty promises.
On the 28/03/2013 I went to Langlaagte to try clear my car so that I can pay for my disc, i was returned because (a) I did not have the release form (b) the people who initialy
