Date 06/03/2013 at about 04h30 I went to Bloemhof Police station after realizing that I lost my ID and driver's license. I am from Johannesburg and was on my way back home. I asked the policeman to assist me with and affidavit just in case there should be a road block and also as proof when I re-apply for the documents. He stated that it would be of no help to me and that he won't assist as he does not see the sense. I was inconvenienced by looking for a driver with a license as well as time and the chance of being locked up should there have been traffic cops on the road whilst driving around in a unfamiliar place with my kids in the car.
