Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied at the end of December 2012 (the 31st) for my first ID book. I have been told that would have be ready in 6 weeks. Today more then 12 weeks have past, but still no news about my ID book; I have enquired in any possible way, call-centre (answer: call back in 2 weeks), website (no result returned), in person (answer: the application is in progress at the head office).
Basically, trying to enquiry with DHA is a complete waste of time.
Possess ID book asap is VITAL for me.
I have already waited 2 years for my permanent residence with DHA... How long now for my ID book?
