Just what is it that you guys do with your customers parcels?
I ordered a book from Amazon on 1 December 2012. I got notice today that it has arrived. 6 weeks late - What a joke.
I have since re-ordered the book from Amazon (I was re-imbursed for the first one) to be delivered overseas and brought back to SA by a friend - all that in a week. So clearly Amazon is not to blame.
I am not collecting the book - you guys can return it to sender - at your own expense
