Incorrect billing of accounts two months in a row

I was buying a Gautrain monthly ticket with R 1500 plus a top up of R500 at the counter. During the process they went off line and advised they couldnt help me anymore. I therefore moved to themachines to purchase the tickets and left. The same month end, they had debited my account by R2000 (meaning I bought once ticket for R4000), so i called the bank to make them aware who said they would follow up on the matter. They followed up on the matter then I was refunded (In March). Yesterday, 04 April 2013, I recvied a message saying the refund was rejected and they had deducted R 2000 from my acccoun AGAIN. So im minus R2000 and I dont know why cause I only purchased one ticket
