Firstly I would like to say a job well done on the BRT bus service, I recently started using your buses from Soweto to Joburg CBD in January 2013 because I do not have a car anymore the busses are comfortable and safe, well that's until recently that is on Monday 04 February 2013 & Tuesday 05 2013 because of the storm the busses were so full the driver couldn't even drive the bus that's how heavy it was, and the queues were so long but busses scares, another thing is I don't know if the management have visited the stations when there is a storm to see how the stations get flooded and the wind just blows you away whilst you are under a shelter, and another issue is your bus drivers specifically for Maponya Mall they have a bad attitude so if someone can just have a word with them, and the busses in the afternoon going to Maponya they are always late and you literally have to wait 1 to 2 hours for a bus, so that issue needs to be addressed, I was also told the first bus from Maponya to Thokoza park is at 05h30 which turned out to be untrue because it always comes at 05h38, please address this as soon as possible, have suggestion boxes at each of your stations just to get feedback
