City of Johannesburg WEBMASTER does not respond

After reporting my problem twice with the so called webmaster of the city of Johannesburg website I still have the same issues with my account and still no response from the elusive, non existant WEBMASTER!!! I hope to get some response from them here but I am not holding my breathe... so dissapointed but not surprised. Again no shock that they are a company that do not respond!
