DISGUSTING SERVICE

I HAVE APPILED FOR AN ID ON THE 11 OF OCTOBER 2011. I HAVE MADE CHANGES TO MY FIRST NAME NAME.
I AM STILL WAITING A YEAR AND 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE ID.
I HAVED CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND KEEP GETTING THE SAME ANSWERS, WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I AM ACTUALLY DISGUSTED BY THE TREATMENT OF SERVICE IM RECEIVING. THE EMPLOYEES AT THE CALL CENTRE SHOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT AT THEIR JOBS, BEFORE ANSWERING TO PEOPLE.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IN WHICH YEAR WILL I RECEIVE MY ID COZ I AM FRUSTRATEDLY AWAITING PATIENTLY.
I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT MY ID BOOK.
PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER AS SOME URGENCY, SINCE NO ONE IN THIS SERVICE TAKES ANY MATTERS SERIOUSLY.
I WOULD LIKE SOME PROPER INFORMATION AS WELL TO TELL ME WHATS TAKING SO LONG AND WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON FOR THIS APPLICATION.
