I lost my gautrain card which I had recently loaded for the full month when I reported the matter I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I informed the supervisor at the station that I had my reciept and a bank statement that could prove that the card belonged to me and still no assistance was offered. I was appauled by this as you should be able to block the previous card and transfer the funds to a new card.this is unacceptable!
