After my 2012 return a branch consultant informed me I was not owing after receiving an update to make repayment arrangement for 2011 return. I received a call about a month later about not complying and was asked to go back to the branch. As was due to give birth I contacted the customer service centre for further assistance via email and haven't received any response from sars till date.even so I discovered the money I owe keeps increasing hence the above request was done bt with no form of feedback whatsoever.
