Since Aug11, I have been liasing with the department in Durban about the pubs in Queensburgh that allow smoking wen they shudn't. I made numerous calls and spoke to numerous people wid no resolv to the problem. I then contacted Peter in Gauteng on 011-7203145 who said that I shud write him an e-mail on [Email Removed] with all of the details and that he would get to the bottom of it. I did this on the 21/02/12but to no avail. He contacted me and said that nothing can be done ryt now because of the loop-holes in the act. My question to them then is why does this Anti-Smoking council exist if they cant solve any issues.
