Good Afternoon.

I have had a problem since July 2013 with a water bill which was paid in full, but I'm still being charged for the water being used at the unit I rented from Tysocon Properties. I have e-mailed so many complaints through, but the problem has never been sorted out. The people from Tysocon even forwarded an e-mail to someone at the municipality, but still nothing was done about the problem.

PLEASE HELP!!!
