New website is not user friendly, constantly asks for company details and then says that the company is not listed. The website was down for 6 weeks, resulting of late renewal of companies, and therefore penalties. Several companies that we are trying to list are generating blank certificates and we are not able to login with the details generated by CIPC.
We would like that CIPC gives us a call as soon as possible to try and find out why these companies cannot be found by the website and to explain what the situation is.
