Your train service stations were very poorly designed. There are inadequate access stairs/escalators to the trains.
There are insufficient entry exit clocking points yet you claim to be transporting 5 million passengers!
The parking facilities are inconsistent, and designed for a single climate season in mind.
Your trains run over capacity and there is generally 4 car trains during peak hours!
On the whole the customer experience is awful for the price paid!
