To Whom It Concerns,
My mom-in law is the widowed pensioner of the late Cornelius Bezuidenhout, she as tried many a time to inquire about the SURPLUS LUMP SUMS that she has been promised since March 2012, she has contacted the number 0860102544 on many occasion and waited on line 20 -30 mins a time with still NO HELP.
She then wrote a letter and faxed it in October still NOBODY CONTACTED HER.
When we went to DBN in Dec. she asked me to help her because she is not coming right.
I now see what she goes through, as since Monday I have called every day... I have spoken to the "reception lady" but she was so RUDE and dropped the call twice when speaking to her, clearly her customer skills are just not up to scratch and she most probably treating all the pensioners too like that.
Please can somebody get back to me very urgently.
