City Of Tshwane Municipality
Being billed for stand which is not in my name

I have been sequestrated in April 2008 and City of Tshwane have been informed by my attorney, trustees of the insolvent estate and myself numerous times thereof. Stand 3229 Kosmosdal Ext 62 was part of my property portfolio which was subsequently sold/auctioned as part of my insolvent estate. This stand was transferred out of my name on 23 October 2012 into the name of S & NE Makaringe. In spite of several e-mail communication by me to City of Tshane since August 2012, I am still receiving demands for payment of a municipal account of R17 300. They are just not getting it that I am not held liable for outstanding accounts since the day of my sequestration, 14 April 2008.
